The team from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (the Centre) paid a visit to Rumah Titian Kaseh to lend a helping hand.Organised by the Centre’s Human Resource department, the visit entailed a gotong-royong to help clean up the home’s surrounding area; pulling out weeds from the garden, scrubbing and washing the car porch and cleaning the dining and living areas.
The team also went bearing gifts of rice, clothes, two delicious cakes and a cash contribution of RM2,000 from staff of the Centre and Convex Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Said Datuk Peter Brokenshire, General Manager, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, “I am delighted our team has taken the time to reach out to the less privileged and to make a difference in their lives. These efforts are exemplary.”
