More than 40 bodies retrieved as debris of AirAsia flight are spotted in Java Sea

The multi-national search operation carried out for the last 72 hours confirms the crash landing of the AirAsia flight QZ8501 on Tuesday. Indonesia’s search and rescue agency revealed that the debris sighted off Indonesia’s Kalimantan coast was part of the AirAsia jet presumed to have crashed two days ago. The flight search operation team retrieved more than 40 bodies according to the latest reports from Indonesian Navy; the numbers are increasing.
