Alila Ubud And Slow Food Bali Present ‘Up In Smoke’ A Culinary Master Class

Alila HotelAlila Ubud’s Plantation restaurant was recently awarded a ‘Snail of Approval’ by Slow Food Bali for its organic and sustainable food. This award is presented to producers, purveyors and artisans who contribute to the quality, authenticity and sustainability of the food and beverages consumed in Bali with a minimum of 75% locally sourced produce.
