The Philippines aims to double up Russian tourists by strengthening ties

The Philippines Department of Tourism (DOT) is trying to attract more Russian tourists to visit the Philippines. DOT participated in the Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition (MITT), which was also part of President Duterte’s policy of strengthening the ties between the Philippines and Russia.
