Azerbaijan started this year with lots of new achievements and victories, especially in the tourism sector. Baku continues to attract tourist flow from the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Arabic countries, Asia and Europe. Tourism has now taken a centerstage in Azerbaijan. Simplification of visa rules has also contributed to the development of tourism.
