Northern Territory invests millions to boost arts and museums

In a bid to significantly boost the Northern Territory’s much loved arts and cultural sector, the Territory Government will invest almost $70 million.

NT Minister for Arts and Museums, Gary Higgins, said key initiatives announced part of Budget 2015 would deliver long lasting social, economic and cultural benefits.

“This is a Budget that reaches out to our important and highly valued creative community that will result in new opportunities and infrastructure across the Territory,” Mr Higgins said.
