of the Top End’s first community festivals of the Dry Season kicked off
with a packed program of entertainment. The annual Nightcliff Seabreeze
Festival continues to celebrate the diversity, talents and creativity
of the Darwin community.“Congratulations to the festival committee, organisers, artists, community members and volunteers involved in the 2015 Nightcliff Seabreeze Festival,” Northern Territory Arts Minister Gary Higgins said.
