download (1)Today’s international arrival figures reveal the significant economic contribution export tourism is continuing to make to Australia’s economy with a 9% growth for international visitor spending, now at $30.7 billion, over the past 12 months.
“This is another great result for Australia’s export tourism industry and shows we remain a highly desirable international destination, particularly for leisure visitors which have grown 11% bringing total international arrivals to 6.3 million for the past year,” ATEC Managing Director, Peter Shelley said today.
