More than thousand stranded as fuel-less SpiceJet continues to cancel flights

Thousands of passengers were stranded on Tuesday as SpiceJet, the low cost carrier decided to cancel a host of flights to and from a number of destinations in India. The civil aviation ministry requested the public sector oil companies to extend the credit for SpiceJet for another 15 days.
