IDeaS Revenue Solutions announced Thompson Hotels will implement the IDeaS Revenue Management System (RMS) within six Thompson Hotel properties in the U.S. The move kicks off a company-wide initiative to automate revenue management processes for increased profitability across all Thompson properties through 2012 and 2013.“Upon reviewing the capabilities of the IDeaS RMS and receiving positive recommendations from other hotels, we decided the system is an ideal fit for our growth strategies moving forward,” said Stephen Brandman, co-owner of Thompson Hotels and CEO of Commune Hotels & Resorts. “Not only does the IDeaS RMS meet our automation needs for increased operational efficiency, it provides the critical data points we need at Thompson Hotels to enhance our presence in the marketplace.”
