Following a successful February opening, Allium, the new farm-to-table American restaurant at Chicago, reveals the details of its innovative new brunch format. Helmed by Executive Chef Kevin Hickey, Allium evolves the popular meal with new elements including shared plates, a la carte entrĂ©e selections, and an interactive dessert experience. Brunch is priced at USD 58.00 per guest and is inclusive of guest’s beverage of choice: brunch punch, mimosa or draft beer.
