Qatar Airways has launched an in-house app designed to offer personalized experiences to passengers through its Cabin Crew. Initially focused on providing real-time insights into flight, customer, and service information, this app enables Crew members to access passenger profiles, including privileges for club members and oneworld members, as well as specific service requests and preferences.
