New Orleans continue to attract visitors regardless of rising crimes

Though New Orleans is all geared up to welcome a major travel trade show which is anticipated to attract thousands of attendees across the globe from around the world, the state’s chief tourism promoter is talking about some of the recurrent problems of the state: crime, crumbling streets and a noticeable increase in tramps in areas regularly visited by the travelers.
