Flash floods have struck the southern part of Thailand, accompanied with torrential rainfall, claiming the lives of six people. In addition, the incident has delayed flights and also disrupted holidays during the peak tourist season.
Nine provinces that are based on the southern trail of Thailand have been hit by unseasonal rains for about a week.
