Embracing their passion for culinary, JW Marriott properties in the Caribbean and Latin America region, announced the launch of a Chef’s Table video series on YouTube, spotlighting signature and local dishes and techniques from classically trained chefs from JW Marriott properties in Lima, Cancun, Bogota, Cusco and Rio de Janeiro. The Chef’s Table series debuts in Mexico and Peru with formally trained Chef Gonzalo Ruiz from the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa and Chef Julio Ferradas from JW Marriott Hotel Lima.
