Heavy Snowfall in Himachal Pradesh ruins holiday hopes for tourists

Himachal Pradesh continues to receive moderate to heavy snowfall disrupting normal life in the entire state. Most roads have been blocked in the upper Shimla and Manali area. People have been warned from venturing to the higher reaches. Keylong was the coldest town in the state with temperature dipping to 9.6 degree Celsius.
