October 2014, passenger traffic reported by Asia-Pacific airports
maintained a moderate growth rate of +7.3% year-on-year while airports
in the Middle East reported +7.6% in the same period.
Majority of the airports reported positive growth for the month. In particular, high growth in domestic passenger traffic continued to be a significant contributor to the 5 airports that recorded highest growth: Bangkok Don Muang (DMK) +51.7%, Cochin (COK) +30.7%, Goa (GOI) +30.2%, Chiang Mai (CNX) +28.4% and Ahmedabad (AMD) +26.4%.
