According to the Ethiopian Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a National Sustainable Tourism Master Plan (STMP) which will be used for the coming 10 years is being prepared.
A stakeholder’s consultative meeting was held in Addis Ababa on Wednesday to obtain inputs on the STMP whose formulation has so far entailed intensive field work across the country, and in-depth discussions with stakeholders drawn from public and private institutions as well as religious and professional organizations.
