Today JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines (“Aeroflot” or “the Company”) held its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (“AGM”). Aeroflot’s shareholders elected members to the Board of Directors, approved the Company’s 2013 dividends and passed a number of other agenda items.
