Top celebrity chef Nick Nairn has brought his passion for Scottish produce to bear in designing a menu for Scotland Welcomes the World to Lunch, a highlight of this September’s Forth Bridges Festival.
Scotland Welcomes the World to Lunch is a unique outdoor event which will take place on Saturday 6 September. It is planned to celebrate three centuries of bridge engineering on the Forth, as well as marking the 50th birthday of the iconic Forth Road Bridge, and is a key event in the Homecoming 2014 calendar.
