The 27th National Restaurateurs’ Dinner (NRD) took place last night at The Dorchester.  Once again, three of the industry’s leading organisations The Academy of Food & Wine Service, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the Restaurant Association joined forces, welcoming esteemed members of the hospitality sector to celebrate the year’s successes and raise vital funds for the future of training and education in the hospitality sector.
