The 2014 edition of the Carnaval International de Victoria, baptized by the international press as the “Carnival of Carnivals” will be officially launched this coming Friday, April 25, in Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles.
Confirmation from the Seychelles states that this year some 26 international delegations are flying to these mid-ocean islands for this year`s edition of the carnival that remains unique, because it is the only carnival that brings together all the best and most-known carnivals for them to parade together, followed by cultural troupes from the Community of Nations.
