Trackers launches new apprenticeship for hospitality managers of the future

Young people who see themselves as Jersey’s future hotel and restaurant managers will be able to start training this September through a new Trackers apprentice programme being launched in partnership with the Jersey Hospitality Association (JHA) and Highlands College.
