Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica recently welcomed Mario Alcocer as the new Executive Chef at the property. With more than 20 years of culinary experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, he was previously Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village and is originally from Mexico City.
