The Loews Regency Hotel announced today a partnership with Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group to open and manage two new restaurants in the Loews Regency Hotel when it reopens in the fall of 2013. Restaurateurs Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli, owners of the celebrated restaurants Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever and Felice, will open an Italian grill concept in the hotel’s new flagship restaurant, which will also serve as the home for the famed Power Breakfast.
