Hwacheon Sancheoneo (Mountain Trout) Ice Festival, a popular winter festival included in the Seven Wonders of Winter by CNN.com last year, returns this winter. It will be held around the Hwacheon Stream in Hwacheon-eup Hwacheon-gun Gangwon-do from January 5 to 27, 2013.
