Edinburgh Airport today welcomed the news that Virgin Atlantic has been successful in its bid for all of the Heathrow short haul remedy slots available following International Airline Group’s acquisition of bmi.
Virgin Atlantic is the latest in a number of airlines including Turkish Airlines, Easyjet and Brussels Airlines to begin services from Edinburgh or expand their existing services.
