The third annual Dine Tampa Bay Restaurant Week will take place from Aug. 3-17, but the excitement begins much sooner. On Thursday, July 26, professional chefs, media, dining enthusiasts and members of the Tampa Bay community will gather at A La Carte Event Pavilion for the 2012 Dine Tampa Bay Kick-Off Celebration.
