Cathay Pacific Airways announced that it plans to recruit around 400 Customer Service Officers this year, subject to the economic environment and the airline’s operational needs.Customer Service Officers are tasked with delivering professional check-in services at Hong Kong International Airport, SkyPier, Hong Kong and Kowloon AEL stations and other designated check-in locations. They also meet, greet and assist passengers at the airport boarding gates, on arrival, during transit and at Cathay Pacific lounges.
