Emirates’ preparations for the 40th UAE National Day are well underway with various activities taking place at the company’s headquarters.His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group marked National Day with a cake cutting for Emirates staff at the Group headquarters. The large, specially made, cake was designed to replicate the UAE flag.
“In celebration of the country’s 40th National Day Emirates has undertaken a number of initiatives that honour our commitment to the UAE. The staff at Emirates are just as patriotic about the UAE as they are about Emirates and it is encouraging to see staff of all different nationalities adopt the UAE as their home,” said Abdulaziz Al Ali, Emirates Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
