Following a few challenging years for the tourism segment in the Nilgiris as a result of the COVID-19
pandemic, this year has confirmed itself to be a huge impetus for the district. Horticulture and tourism
department representatives are witnessing nearly 20% upsurge in traveler numbers compared to the figures witnessed in 2022.
