At the time of the joint meeting of the federal parliament, Nepal President, Ram Chandra Paudel, declared that in the Bikram Samvat calendar, the decade of the 2080s, would be identified as the Visit Nepal decade. He also said that for tourism, the year 2025 will be recognized as a special year. As part of the programs and policies for the 2080/81 fiscal year, these statements were presented.
