The Falkland Islands Government (FIG) has appointed Marie Horton as the new Director of Education, starting from 27 May 2020. Horton is an experienced education professional with a degree from Cardiff University, a Master’s degree from Bristol University, and further professional qualifications from Liverpool Hope University.
