Rajasthan governmnet passed non-bailable amendment bill to curb misbehavious on tourists

As per PTI, yesterday i.e. on Monday, in the state assembly, the Rajasthan government passed an amendment bill to insert a new section 27-A in the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act. Any misbehaviour with tourists will now on be a cognisable offence in Rajasthan, as per the new amendment bil. At the same time, if the misbehaviour is repeated, it will be an offence that would be non-bailable.
