Wisconsin tourism urges public to ‘say cheese’ with its surplus production

At present, the country is going through a 1.4 billion-pound cheese surplus which started accumulating many years ago, as per the USDA. In response to that, Travel Wisconsin is asking all cheese lovers grab a bite into the most plentiful (and delicious) natural resource: cheese of the Dairy State.
