Tourism makes increased use of digitization

As per a statement released by the UNWTO, digital transformation has solemnly taken over the tourism industry, increasingly altering operations and customer relations in a sector that contributed 3.7% to Kenya’s GDP last year and is expected to rise by 5.2% this year.
