Tourism activity in Puerto Rico area is slowly coming back to life after being damaged severely by Hurricane Maria.Of the 146 hotels certified by Puerto Rico Tourism Co., the government-owned corporation in charge of the country’s tourism, 130 were open and operating as of April 30.
