Severe storms lashed the South for the second day on Monday consecutively claiming five lives.Portions of Georgia, Florida and South Carolina remained under a tornado watch early Monday evening. Eight tornadoes were reported in Georgia on Monday, the Storm Prediction Center said, but no injuries or fatalities were reported.
