Buddhist Maha Stupa found near Hyderabad set to attract foreign tourists


Buddhist Maha Stupa found near HyderabadThe grand Buddhist Maha Stupa, which is believed to have been built before 350 B.C. and older than the one at Amaravati is set to attract the attention of world tourism. Although having such a wonderful historical and cultural significance, the stupa, 257 kms southeast of Hyderabad, never got its due recognition due to negligence of governments. The height of the Stupa is 54 feet with a radius of 106 feet.
