Travellers crossing South Africa border during festive season up by nearly 4%

Nearly 5.5 million travellers crossed South Africa’s borders between Dec 9, 2016 and Jan 14, 2017, says Home Affairs (Interior) Minister Malusi Gigaba. This marks an increase 3.78 per cent, at the ports of entry nationally when compared with the number recorded between Dec 9, 2015 and Jan 14, 2016.
