New York has decided to offer snowmobiling facilities during the following weekend for out-of-state inhabitants in a bid to promote winter tourism in this region.
The governor of this part of the world, named Cuomo declared this week that the registration fees for Canadian as well as out-of-state residents would be completely waived from 3rd February that is Friday till Sunday that is 5th February.
