Nikolina Angelkova, the Bulgarian outgoing minister for tourism participated in the ceremony on declaring 2017 as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development under the UNWTO. The event was marked by a formal reception organized by HM King Felipe VI of Spain at the Royal Palace of El Pardo in Madrid.
