Tourism authority to review Great Barrier Reef safety following deaths

Following the spate of deaths in the Far North, the entire Great Barrier Reef tourism industry will be put under thorough check up. Reef tourism boss Col McKenzie held an emergency meeting with Industrial Relations Minister Grace in Brisbane following the death of the elderly Japanese woman who marked the 10th person to die in the region’s waters on the Reef this year.
