Southwest moved its ticket counter and curbside check-in to the north end of the Ticketing Level (next to American Airlines) Wednesday morning to accommodate increasing passengers and flights at Pittsburgh International Airport.
The move will allow Southwest to operate from the airport’s north baggage matrix system, helping to improve flow on the south baggage matrix, which all carriers except American utilize.
