According to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) Taiwan was shaken by an earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale at 05.09 a.m. on Monday.
The quake was felt near the coast of Taitung County.The epicenter was monitored at 22.8 degrees north latitude and 121.7degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 km.
