A sand sculpture made by world renowned Indian sand sculpture Sudarsan Pattnaik from Orissa brought a touch with a difference in Victoria, the Capital of the Seychelles as the islands opened the third edition of their seychelles-India Day Celebrations.
Mr Pattnaik is taking part in this year’s Seychelles-India Day celebrations that started is being held from the October 2-5.
