Victorian Minister for Creative Industries, Martin Foley, today announced a $16,000 grant for Ballarat’s Festival of Slow Music to deliver a world premiere performance.Speaking at the festival’s program launch at the Ballarat Observatory, Mr Foley announced Creative Victoria’s support for the world premiere of a Concert for Piano and Toy Band – a collaboration between renowned Australian pianist Michael Kieran Harvey and musician and festival director Adam Simmons.
