Kokkola-Pietarsaari Airport offers good connections during the summer. The bus transport takes you easily from Vaasa to Kokkola-Pietarsaari Airport.
The flight connections from Kokkola-Pietarsaari to Helsinki and Stockholm are easily available to Vaasa residents during the summer. Vaasa Airport will be closed between 22 June and 26 July 2015 due to the runway renovation project, but you can simply use the neighbouring airport.
