Motorists are advised that Hill Street in the city centre will be operating a one way system from Sunday 17 May to allow for essential highways work as part of the final stages of the Birmingham New Street station redevelopment.
The road will be closed to traffic travelling from the Navigation Street junction to Hinckley Street until the station opens in September. The road will remain open to traffic travelling in the opposite direction and a signed diversion, via Suffolk Street Queensway, will be in place to minimise disruption as much as possible.
