Tourism chiefs travelling to international dive conferences to convince world the Great Barrier Reef is still spectacular

Tourism chiefs launched a global fightback tour to convince the world that the Great Barrier Reef is not dead. Queensland marine park tourism operators are travelling to international dive conferences and expos to lessen the impact of comments criticising the state of the coral reef, including those made by US President Barack Obama and Hollywood heart-throb Leonardo DiCaprio.
